We offer Free shipping on orders of $40 or more. US clients only.
Shipping may take 2-3 business days from initial order due to processing (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 12 pm begin processing next business day.
Please note: Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders, inclement weather or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within ten days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We will do our best to ship Pre-Order Products in accordance with their expected release date. If this changes, we'll do our best to let you know.
You are responsible for keeping your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure proper shipment of any Pre-Order Products. Please email us at email@example.com if you need to update any of this information.
You will be charged at time of placing a Pre-Order. If we're unable to commence shipping within ninety days from order placement, we'll provide a full-refund at your request. No discounts, refunds or credits will otherwise be offered due to any such delays. Your placing of a Pre-Order constitutes your express agreement and authorization to the company charging your provided payment method at such time.
The expected shipping date for Pre-Order Products will be clearly noted on each Product page, subject to reasonable delays in manufacturing and/or delivery. Such date is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Company does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Dust II Onyx, LLC is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. The Products will be shipped in the order in which your Pre-Order is received by the Company. Shipments will be made Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, unless otherwise noted.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to be servicing our global beauties soon. Subscribe to be notified when we do.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you fall within this category please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into this. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to review and reply to your email.
